January's 7/7 Has Started
at PFFA, so here's my first entry:
Freckles
Face to feet,
as if you've been lightly rolled
in breadcrumbs.
You'd rather the clear
unsullied white of notepaper.
I just want
to connect them all
with kisses.

Whoever she is.
Then there'd be no poems. Besides, never underestimate the effect of a neat poem. Surely you're ware of that.
Just out of curiosity, are you freckled?
No freckles, unless age spots are....um...a kind of freckle.
